Cancel an order
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve made it easy to cancel an item or an entire order. Follow these simple steps:
1. Log In to Your Account
Go to the Globus Supermarket Online Store homepage and log in to your account using your registered email and password.
2. Navigate to Your Orders
Click on the "My Orders" section from your account dashboard to view your recent purchases.
3. Select the Order You Want to Cancel
Find the order containing the item(s) you want to cancel. Click on the order to view the details.
4. Choose "Cancel" Option
Click the "Cancel" button next to the item you wish to remove or select "Cancel Entire Order" if you no longer want the full order.
5. Confirm Your Cancellation
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.
Important Notes:
- Cancellation Window: You can only cancel an item or an order before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled by our customer service agents.
- Refunds for Prepaid Orders:
- If your order was prepaid, please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method:
- Card or Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be processed within 24 hours. However, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
