Rider Delivery Confirmation Guide

Welcome, Rider! Follow the steps below to successfully confirm a customer’s delivery:

1. Hand over the package and ask the customer to sign the physical delivery form.

2. Open the Rider Login Page and login with your email and password.

3. Enter the Order ID from the customer.

4. Enter the Verification Code also sent to the customer.

5. Enter the Amount Transferred by the customer (this is also included in the email/SMS).

6. Submit the form to complete the delivery confirmation.

Ensure customer transfer or pay the required amount before you begin the confirmation process.
