Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, etc.), personal care products, and opened packages, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
