Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, etc.), personal care products, and opened packages, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact customer service. We will assist you with the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product was defective.
